It includes a balance of healthy eating and physical exercise to equate energy intake & its expenditure .Your weight is a balancing act, but the equation is simple: If you eat more calories than you burn, you gain weight, if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you lose weight.

My weight loss program purely works on the basis of balanced healthy Indian food and nutrition. I believe “Health” is the lifestyle choices that make us feel better & sleep better. I don’t believe in promoting quick weight loss/gain diets, pills or use of supplements. I do not believe in crash diets that claim that you lose weight a week or 15 days. I provide customised diet plans by taking care of your body’s needs & requirement, your taste buds, your schedule, BMI, medical history.
